Hi, I’m Freddy! I’m a junior studying Cybersecurity at Rider University, where I also work in IT.

My background is in networking and IT. I hold an A.A.S. in Computer Networking & Cybersecurity from Raritan Valley Community College and a Technical Diploma in Network Computing. I previously worked as an IP Engineer Assistant at Huawei.

I’m interested in cybersecurity, SOC operations, networking, cloud security, IAM, and security engineering. I’m building on that foundation through hands-on learning.

  • Resolve ServiceNow tickets in a 4,000+ user environment, troubleshooting Windows, hardware and software, account access, MFA, printing, and connectivity.
  • Diagnose TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and endpoint connectivity issues; document resolutions and escalate complex incidents to specialized OIT teams.
